Product quality is excellent! The bar, the platform, and the band quality completely set this system apart from the others. Initially I wasnt sure if 15 minutes per day with 1 set of each exercise to complete failure would yield results, but it absolutely does!!

After 30 years of training in the gym, running marathons, and gymnastics, I finally have a complete workout system that burns fat, builds muscles and won’t injure my joints. As a man nearly 50, I’ve been looking for something like the X3 system for years and so glad I found this. I bought the travel bag so I can carry it with me.

I’ve recovered from Triple Hernia operation last Jan 2019 and the 3X System is the answer to my exercise needs to keep fit with no waste of time. The quality design of the 3X system is practical in application to any muscle recovery. It’s worth it’s weight in gold.

Hi! I am a 5.0 female who has spent the last year lighting weights in a traditional gym setting. I saw some progress in terms of muscle development over that year. When COVID-19 hit and I was forced out of the gym I began searching on-line for a home routine that would at the very least maintain the muscle I had gained. Enter X3! I have been using the system for 6 weeks now and have seen major changes in my body composition. My arms, legs and abs are very developed and can even be seen without flexing the muscle group! I have not lost weight because that is not my intention and I actually track my macros on a "gain" so I can continue to gain lean muscle and this has worked well for me so far in combo with the X3. I love that the work-outs are short, in less than 15 minutes a day! I can really push myself for those 15 minutes and as stated see great results! I may never go back to a traditonal gym again!

This bar is great for tall and broad shoulder individuals, I am a lean 6'4-235lbs person and the extra width has allowed for a better position as well as improved muscle recruitment depending on the exercise involved. The only issue I had with this bar is the price. Especially for those of us that already invested in the original system, we should have received a better discount. Especially suspect is the fact it is not sold as an option for the original system. Maybe they will consider bundling this and offer it with two different bar purchase options for future and potential customers?? I removed one star merely because of cost, this bar does not need to be at such a high price point for the level of engineering and manufacturing required to produce it(prior engineering/manufacturing student here). Otherwise it is a quality product and I would recommend it for larger individuals. However, the benefit of the wider bar will likely not yield a significant gain over the short bar for regular framed individuals.

Extremely well-made fitness apparatus! Delivers a powerful muscle building fat burning work out in a portable and very functional form factor. As a personal trainer it allows me great freedom in being able to carry a total gym with me at all times. clients love it and the results they get from the x3 are simply phenomenal!

I jumped at the opportunity to buy the X3 Long Bar when it became available since I had been using the X3 system for 6 months and found the original bar to be too short for some of the exercises. I am 6’6” weighing in at 225lbs and have a broad shoulders which makes the short bar difficult to use for some of the exercises. I didn’t like that my arms were angles inward for the chest press keeping me from pushing directly outward with the original bar. The long bar allows for proper alignment and now I can keep my arms in the correct line throughout my exercise. The bar is made to the same exacting standards you are already familiar with including the nice knurling for grip, internal ball bearings allowing the bar to rotate throughout the exercise and is the right length. I use both bars in my workouts and found the long bar works best for the Chest Press, Front Squat, deadlift, and calf raises. I use the short bar for all the other exercises. The quality of the long bar is the same as that of the short bar which means it will last for a very long time. I wish the X3 carrying bag was made long enough to hold the long bar instead the long bar sticks out about 5”. Overall the long bar has made my workouts more enjoyable since I am able to properly position my hands on the bar throughout the exercise. The long bar elevates this workout system to a new level. If you are unable to perform all the exercises comfortably with the short bar, do yourself a favor a buy the long bar.

There is no quicker way to build muscle. Safe, efficient, and challenging. Everyone from teens to elderly can and should use this system. I’ve been a competitive athlete my whole life and I am a Chiropractor. This equipment would definitely keep people off my table more. I could go on and on but I’m kind of fatigued right now because I just finished week 11!

Exceeded my expectations by a mile. Been using for 2 months and so far I am down 26lbs and up in lean muscle. Love the home workouts, never going back to the gym or weights again. Only thing I would like to see is to bring back the pro or first generation bar where hooks spin independently and the hooks make the bar a bit wider. With a 6'9'' wingspan, I wish the bar was an inch or two larger.
