The X3 Light Grey Band is the next step for those who can already preform 40 reps of an exercise with the X3 White Band. This band offers from 25-80lbs of resistance when singled over, and up to 160lbs of resistance when doubled over!
The X3 Bands are made through a layering process of 15 total latex layers that adds durability and strength to the bands, and helps prevent snapping even when damaged.
The X3 Light Grey Band is 1 1/8" wide, 5.5 mm thick and 41" in length.
*This listing is for the Light Grey Band only. No X3 or other bar component is included. This product is recommended only for those who have already purchased an X3. The Light Grey Band is designed in the USA and made in Sri Lanka.
*This product is made of latex and is not recommended for use by individuals with a serious latex allergy.
This system is the solution I've been looking for. I get the extra resistance I need without the struggle and risk of injury with conventional iron plates.
Great product. I wasted many years lifting weights and I wish I had found this product long ago.
Awesome I’m 65 years old and I’m doing it. And I love it.
The x3 bar is top notch and the band's seam well made I have seen no damage in the month or so of use. I'm old school so I still do sets to failure all the way up. One set just didn't feel like much to me. The.weights are good but I need one in between the 2nd and 3rd for arm curls and military's. I will need to order the largest one for chest.the larges one in set is perfect for dead lifts but light for chest for me. This set for back is second to none for back. Safer then dead lifting yet I think better. I lift atlas stones. As far as chest it messes with a shoulder injury though not as bad as benching. I think experimenting will correct it. As far as arms I am having trouble killing them though the only thing that had been working was heavy seated curls and triceps presses. Again I probably need to just figure it out. So given the price would I recommend it? Yes and if you are gone from home a lot with work it is a must have.
In my second week using the X3. Components are top shelf. The exercise sets are kicking my butt. So looking forward to my progress!
