The x3 bar is the best piece of training equipment I’ve ever had the pleasure of using/owning. As a competing and traveling parkour athlete, I’m able to get HARD workouts in that don’t actually sabotage my training. Parkour is a very impact heavy sport, and the x3 complements it perfectly- no sore joints from lifting normal weights, less time spent working out, more time training parkour. Another thing, I’ve noticed significant strength gains in particular movements and I credit the x3 for it as I haven’t been doing anything else. I love my x3!
The bands are higher quality than those I have seen. However, there is only real tension toward the end of the movement, virtually little to none at the beginning. For me, real weights from the beginning to the end of the movement are best. This device is best for convenience when no real weights are available.
I would say this product is very good… And I could be convinced that it’s great. I saw very good results. I think I would have seen greater if the diet portion was better. The video on diet is basically three minutes of talking, saying you should fast between meals or some thing. Something a little more organized and clear probably would have been more effective for me. But the bar and bands were very good. I do recommend.
Only take 15 minutes, 6 times a week to keep your body stronger. 2 months and never skip a day, only the one that recomend for rest. Very good quality
